Vivo U3X is powered by a Snapdragon 480 octa-core processor with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage, a 90Hz 6.5-inch FHD+ display comes fitted with the phone. Besides, it has a 13-MP dual-rear camera setup and an 8MP selfie camera. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

Vivo U3X comes fitted with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display having a waterdrop notch. The screen offers a resolution of 1080x2408px with a pixel density of 401PPI. The display has narrow bezels and a chin-notch with more than 84% of screen-to-body ratio.
Performance
Vivo U3X runs on Android v11 based on Funtouch OS atop. For better multitasking performance, the phone offers 6GB of RAM. It is powered by a Snapdragon 480 octa-core processor paired with an Adreno 619 GPU for improved graphics performance on the phone.
Camera
A 13MP dual rear camera setup mounted on a square-shaped camera module. The setup includes a primary 13MP camera along with a 2MP depth sensor with autofocus. For selfies and face unlock, you get an 8MP front-facing camera. As far as the recording is concerned, you can record UHD 4K videos @30fps using the main rear camera.
