Oppo F17 Pro is a sleek (7.4mm) phone with light bodyweight. Oppo is marketing this phone as the sleekest phone of 2020. The phone brings a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a dual punch-hole notch that houses 16MP+2MP cameras. For the camera performance, the phone sports a 48MP quad-rear shooters backed by all-new AI algorithms that will process images in varying conditions. Under the hood, Oppo F17 Pro has MediaTek Helio P95 chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The phone gets power from a 4,000mAh battery that supports a fast 30W charger out of the box.
Display
Oppo F17 Pro brings a 6.4-inches color super AMOLED display with a dual punch-hole notch. This is a full HD resolution(1080x2400px) display with a pixel density of 405PPI. Judging the display from its PPI, sharp and clear visuals are expected, though under direct sunlight the display may trouble a bit. For security unlock, there’s an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock. The aspect ratio of the phone is 20:9, also the display has a reasonable size to keep you entertained.
Camera
Oppo F17 Pro has a quad rear-camera set up backed by all-new AI algorithms that will process images in varying conditions. The primary 48MP camera sensor is followed by an 8MP ultra wide-angle-lens, and two 2MPs’ of a macro camera and a depth sensor with autofocus. The camera app includes features like Digital Zoom, Auto Flash, Face detection, and Touch to focus better the camera. On the front side, the phone has dual selfie cameras a 16MP+2MP camera. As far as the video recording is concerned, you can record UHD 4K videos @30fps.
Performance
Oppo F17 Pro is powered by Android 10 with ColorOS7 skin on top of it. The phone relies on a MediaTek Helio P95 chipset with 8-performance cores that clocks at a speed of 2.2GHz. For handling the background tasks, it has 8GB of RAM, and the graphical performance for demanding apps and games are backed by an IMG PowerVR GM 9446 GPU. Userfriendly sensors included on the phones are Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, and Gyroscope. For online location tracking, it supports constellations like GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS.
