How to
1. Cook the pasta following pack instructions until al dente.

2. Meanwhile, put the tomatoes, pepper, garlic and onion into a blender and whizz until completely smooth. Season, then stir in the sherry vinegar and Tabasco.

3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain well and toss with the sauce. Tear in lots of basil and serve.
